Some people are lucky enough to love exercise. For those people, keeping fit and staying healthy doesn't feel like a chore. For most people, however, it is difficult to muster the motivation to get moving.
According to astrologer and astro yoga teacher Emily Ridout, “The problem with working out is when you think it’s going to be torture. If you love your workout, then it doesn’t feel like effort.” Ridout suggests that there are ideal forms of exercise that align with each of the star signs.
