The Paris Agreement’s goal is to cap global warming close to 1.5°C (2.7°F). But how is the US doing in terms of average temperature currently? Stacker compiled data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Centers for Environmental Information, and brought us the answer. The data excludes both Alaska and Hawaii (there was no data available), and it spans over 120 years, from 1900 to 2021.
