Ashley Tisdale revealed that she needs to take “regular breaks” from social media as discussions continue around her alleged “toxic” mom group. The actress shared the update in a new blog post published on February 23, inviting everybody to do the same.
In an Instagram Stories post advertising the blog entry, she said that while she loves social media, she does not think it is “where we’re meant to live our lives.” She added that stepping away gave her the “gift of perspective” and helps her feel more present.
The post comes after her viral essay for The Cut about her allegedly toxic parenting group, which sparked debate online about the possible identities of the famous moms involved.
