When it comes to getting a good night's sleep, there are some people who appear to be blessed. They fall asleep easily, sleep through the night, and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead. Doesn't sound like you? Don't worry, the majority of people aren't like that either. Many of us struggle with our sleep, sometimes to the point that it interrupts our lives.
