In addition, José de Jesús Zalce Benitez, director of the Scientific Institute for Health of the Mexican navy, also mentioned that X-rays and 3-D reconstruction had been carried out. But again, no evidence was presented.

The National Laboratory of Mass Spectrometry with Accelerators (LEMA) reissued a statement from 2017 saying that their tests only intended to determine the age of the samples, and that they did so using samples provided by the client and not the specimens themselves.

It turns out this is not the first time Jaime Maussan claims to have discovered “non-human” remains. In 2015, he claimed to have discovered a mummified alien in Nazca, Peru.

The language on UAP in the Aerial Space Protection Law was debated in the hearing. Should such changes be approved, Mexico will become “the first nation to formally acknowledge the presence of alien life ever existing on Earth.”

Maussan was joined by Ryan Graves, the executive director of the Americans for Safe Aerospace organization. Graves is a former U.S. Navy pilot who presented similar concerns in Washington.

Graves told Mexican lawmakers: "We believe that UAP represent an urgent priority for both aerospace safety and scientific inquiry," he said. "Our focus is on improving public education of UAP, breaking stigma and working towards better transparency and disclosure."

Criticism -

Maussan’s presentation has been questioned by a number of people, including one of Mexico's top astrobiologists, Antígona Segura, who said: “These conclusions are simply not backed up by evidence.”

The purported alien bodies as evidence was also criticized by Julieta Fierro, researcher at the Institute of Astronomy at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, who said it “made no sense.”

“Maussan has done many things. He says he has talked to the Virgin of Guadalupe,” said Fierro. “He told me extraterrestrials do not talk to me like they talk to him because I don’t believe in them.”

Between August and September 1951, several unusual light formations arranged in a "V" pattern were spotted in Lubbock, Texas. The U.S. Air Force investigated and concluded that the lights had been caused by a plover (a small wading bird).

The Rendlesham Forest incident are a series of sightings that occurred in 1980 after a UFO supposedly landed in Rendlesham Forest in England. But the Ministry of Defense never considered the event a threat to national security, so it was never formally investigated.
