Fred West confessed to additional crimes and cooperated with the police by revealing the burial sites of 12 more bodies within his basement, in addition to disclosing the whereabouts of his other victims. There is a belief that the duo may have committed numerous other crimes that remain undiscovered.

In 2015, Syed Rizwan Farook, a local health inspector, attended a holiday party with his colleagues in California. Later, he was joined by his wife, Tashfeen Malik. Together, they launched an attack on the gathering, leading to the devastating loss of 14 lives and injuring 22 others.
