Nostalgia for the '80s and '90s is so rampant that even people who weren't alive during these decades like to celebrate them as if they were! And while they can look up old music clips online and use filters to make their photos look like they were taken over 30 years ago, it's different for those of us who actually witnessed these decades firsthand.
