It's difficult to fathom life in the 1920s in real terms. The contributions made to cultural, technological, social, and industrial change in the decade were immense, as post-war the world was in a state of transition. Well, one man decided to write about the advancements he foresaw taking place. J.B.S. Haldane's work 'Daedalus, or Science and the Future' was published in 1923, and 100 years on it's remarkable to read back on his predications.
