The US has been hit by severe weather over the last couple of days. The Eastern states have been mostly affected, and at least four people have lost their lives. A winter storm brought heavy rain and flooding to a number of states, including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Maine, and Connecticut. Heavy snowfall also meant disruption to a number of states, including Iowa and Massachusetts.
