Dreams - Dreams are one of the most common mediums spirits use to get in contact with the living. They are a favorite way for spirits to deliver their messages, since there are no outside distractions.

The problem with dreams, however, is that they can be difficult to remember, meaning that the spirit’s message is sometimes lost. Try to pay attention.

Manifestations - If a spirit has a particularly important message to deliver, they may even manifest themselves to you, i.e. appear in front of you as if they are there.

Music is another medium that spirits often use to send us a message. If this happens, you will know it because the auditory experience of a song will be heightened.

It might sound a little far-fetched, but a living person can also be a vessel for a deceased person’s spirit. This could be the case when you get a random message or phone call out of the blue.
