A massive fire broke out on July 16 at the Tomorrowland festival grounds in Boom, Belgium, engulfing the iconic main stage just two days before the event's scheduled opening. Organizers confirmed that no injuries were reported, despite around 1,000 staff being on-site during the incident.

Footage from the scene showed dense black smoke rising over the area, with fireworks heard in the distance. Belgian public broadcaster VRT reported that the main stage was almost completely destroyed.

Organizers said they are working on possible solutions and confirmed that no other parts of the festival site were affected. While the gates have opened to campers, it remains unclear how the damage will affect the weekend’s events. Updates are expected in the coming hours.
