Donald Trump appeared with a rash on the side of his neck during a Medal of Honor ceremony on March 2, sparking renewed questions about his health.
His personal doctor, Dr. Sean Barbabella, said the rash was the result of a “preventative skin treatment” cream the president had been using, though he did not reveal the cream’s name or the reason for the treatment.
Concerns over Trump’s health have grown in recent months, after he was first seen with what appeared to be makeup on his hand in February 2025.
