The question on everyone's lips (for what seems like an age) is who will play the next James Bond? Idris Elba has long been an audience favorite, and according to a new report from Variety, he is in the running alongside the likes of Tom Hardy, Henry Cavill, and even 'Euphoria' actor Jacob Elordi, who is certainly the youngest of them at 24, IndieWire reports.
Daniel Craig has said that the 2021 movie 'No Time to Die' was definitely his last time reprising the iconic role, so a decision will need to be made before we can expect any more Bond films. “It’s a big decision,” said longtime Bond producer Barbara Broccoli of the casting process, "it’s going to take some time." She added, “It’s not just casting a role. It’s about a whole rethink about where we’re going."
