Not all celebrities are born into their rich and famous lives, and in fact many have started their careers by doing odd jobs that would surprise you. Many have had unglamorous first jobs that look a lot like the ones many of us had.

Flipping burgers has almost become a rite of passage into the workforce, and many of the celebrities who have worked at McDonald’s have said their experience helped shape them into who they later became—while a few others were notoriously horrible behind the counter.
