Kevin Costner's wife of 17 years, Christine Baumgartner, filed for divorce from the actor in May 2023. The divorce proceedings have gotten uglier as time passes, starting with Costner filing a report that Baumgartner was refusing to leave the home they used to share, which is owned by him, as per their prenup agreement, and claiming that he already gave her US$1 million and agreed to cover her moving costs and rent. As for child support for their three kids, who are between the ages of 13 and 16, Baumgartner filed a request for U$248,000 per month, to "live at a standard somewhat approaching the standard that the children will be enjoying while in Kevin's care." Costner's counter-offer was US$51,940 a month, but now he will pay double his offer.

According to court docs obtained by Fox News, a judge ruled on July 11 that the 'Yellowstone' actor has to pay his estranged wife US$129,755 per month, and he's also required to pay US$200,000 in attorney’s fees and US$100,000 in forensic costs. Each parent will be required to pay 50% of their kids’ health care expenses, sports, and extracurricular activities.

Kanye West -

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finalized their divorce at the end of 2022, coming to an agreement about child custody, property, and child support payments. While the stars will have joint custody of their four kids, divorce documents obtained by People revealed that West is required to pay Kardashian a whopping US$200,000 a month in child support. Additionally, he is responsible for half of the children's medical, educational, and security expenses. Their assets and property will be divided according to their prenup, and the pair agreed to settle disputes regarding the children by participating in mediation—and if one of them fails to participate in that process, the other is allowed to make the decision by default.

Brad Pitt - Money has been an issue for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. They started divorce proceedings in 2016 and ended up in court with a dispute in 2018 because Jolie claimed Pitt wasn't paying sufficient child support. He responded that he had already paid US$1.3 million.
