Producers are those who green light projects and subsequently coordinate, supervise, and manage the creation and production of movies and television shows. Powerful and influential, these individuals also arrange financing, organize logistics, hire writers, directors, and key members of the creative team. It's an incredible responsibility, and not for everyone.
