These celebrities were caught parking in spots reserved for people who need them due to disabilities - which is pretty low. Although the fine isn't too high for this kind of behavior in most parts of the world, the real punishment is the mortification.
But even that isn't enough to deter Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber from parking in disabled spots at their Pilates studio, as they've drawn repeated criticism but continue to do it. TMZ once again spotted their cars in the vast parking lot attached to several businesses beyond just Hot Pilates, and sources told them that the owner of the Pilates studio asked the celebrities to use those spaces (illegally) because their presence was causing a scene with paparazzi. Apparently Jenner and Bieber's security teams will move their cars after they're in class, and return them after, or else they'll stand by and move them only if needed. Just another example of how celebrities seem to live under a different set of laws than regular people...
