The FBI prevented a potential terrorist attack by arresting several individuals in Michigan on the morning of October 31, according to a statement on X by FBI Director Kash Patel.
The FBI Detroit office confirmed that they conducted operations in the cities of Dearborn and Inkster, in the Detroit metropolitan area, albeit at the moment there is no confirmation that the operations led to the arrests Patel was referring to.
At present, there is no information about whom the individuals arrested are, nor what attack they were planning.
