Regulations

The 2025 Nanny State Index ranks European countries based on points awarded for regulations on tobacco, junk food, and alcohol. This gallery highlights which countries lead in public health efforts and which take a lighter approach, revealing the varied strategies across Europe to improve health outcomes.
