How healthy do young people across Europe feel? According to Eurostat’s latest data, over 90% of people aged 16 to 29 rate their health as good or very good, but income, culture, and even geography can shape those perceptions. In some countries, nearly every young adult feels fit, while in others, optimism about health is much lower. Wealth often plays a role, with big gaps between the richest and poorest groups.
