In the case of Kanye West, it might be his equivalent to a new hairdo after a breakup. Reports say he has legally filed to change his name to just 'Ye.' That's the nickname he's gone by for years, but he also wants to drop his middle and last names. If the judge approves his request, then Kanye Omari West will be no more!
