Climate Action

Paul McCartney has urged COP30 organizers to remove meat from the menu, arguing that serving it at a climate summit is “like handing out cigarettes at a cancer-prevention conference.”

McCartney, a longtime advocate for animal rights and founder of the Meat Free Monday campaign, also expressed that animal agriculture remains a major driver of deforestation and climate change.
