Although onstage chemistry would have us believe that singers who duet together, particularly when it comes to romantic duets, have feelings for each other in real life, more often than not this is not the case. But it does sometimes happen. In fact, there are plenty of examples of real-life couples who have collaborated on their music and recorded duets.
In some cases, those couples are still together and they can look back fondly on their successful work together. In other cases, however, the relationship has come to an end and the duet is all that remains.
