Celebs give their verdict on CoolSculpting
Find out what these stars have to say
© Getty Images
Towards the end of 2021, it emerged that former supermodel Linda Evangelista had been suffering in silence after a certain celebrity-endorsed fat-eliminating treatment had left her "brutally disfigured." Evangelista had undergone CoolSculpting, a fat freezing treatment that uses a device to cool certain areas of the body and kill off stubborn fat cells. She had apparently suffered a rare side effect, in which a mass of hard fat was created under her skin.
The story of the veteran supermodel prompted a number of cosmetic surgeons to speak up about the possible side effects of fat freezing, which had perhaps gone underreported. But prior to the emergence of Evangelista's story, many celebs tried CoolSculpting and had a lot to say. Check out this gallery to hear their verdicts.
